Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga massage uses stretching and compression to create relaxation and movement through the entire body. You remain fully clothed in this passive session.

CORE Bodywork

CORE Bodywork has you actively working in partnership with your therapist through movement and breathwork to help release any fascial restrictions that may be causing pain.
